Experiments and chip installation

Big project update: Andrea Bassi, Paolo Maran (both Politecnico di Milano) and Maxime Meghnagi (CNRS) are currently conducting alpha-testing experiments at CNRS/ISMO, working to install the CNR chip – a key component of the groundbreaking ModLoc technology.
