The nanoSCAN project team is having a fantastic time at the ICBP 2026 this week! We are thrilled to share some of our latest breakthroughs in spatial biology:
Eva Pinto is presenting her poster on “Self-blinking JF630-b Halo Tag ligand for simultaneous multicolor SMLM via spectral demixing”. Eva leads our efforts in pioneering new biological applications within the project. Her current work is pushing the limit of spectral demixing and trying to expand the number of proteins that can be imaged simultaneously – a crucial milestone in spatial biology.
Sandrine Leveque-Fort also had the opportunity of presenting a talk on our recent advances in engineering illumination for enhanced Single-Molecule Localization Microscopy (SMLM).
